Hus Kiinteistöt Oy Tenders For The Operation Of Electric Vehicle Charging Points Needed In Hospitals And Other Offices Located In The Hus Groups Operating Area. Such Offices (Hospitals) Are Mainly Located In The Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Hyvinkää, Lohja, Porvoo And Raasepor Areas, But There Are Also Operations In Other Localities On A Smaller Scale. The Operation Of Electric Vehicle Charging Points Applies To All Operations Of Charging Points Owned By The Subscriber In The Hus Area. The Charging Points Are Connected To The Suppliers Remote Management And Monitoring. Operation Means E.G. Monitoring, Updating And Maintaining The Operation Of The Charging System, Maintaining The User Register And User Rights, Load Management, Payment Traffic And Reporting. A More Detailed Description Of The Procurement Is Presented In Appendix 1. Service Description. The Customer Currently Has 340 Charging Points For Electric Vehicles In The Hus Area. Taking Over The Operation Of These Charging Points Is Included In The Purchase. Appendix 3 Shows The Number Of Charging Points By Location. During The Contract Period, The Number And Locations Of Charging Points May Change In The Hus Area. The Customer Does Not Commit To Specific Purchase Quantities. One (1) Supplier Will Be Selected For The Entire Hus Area. The Supplier Must Be Able To Operate Stations Equipped With All Connector Types Shown In The Service Description. The Duration Of The Contract Period Is Three (3) Years, After Which The Contract Will Automatically Continue Indefinitely. The Selected Supplier Must Sign The Procurement Contract No Later Than August 31, 2026. If The Supplier Does Not Sign The Contract Within The Deadline Without An Acceptable Reason, The Procurement Unit Can Consider The Supplier To Have Withdrawn From The Procurement. It Is Also Possible To Acquire Other Services Or Special Expertise Related To The Procurement Object From The Contract Supplier. The Pricing Of Other Services And Special Expertise Must Follow The Same Principle As The Prices Given In The Offer.
