The Helsinki Parish Association (Later The Procurement Entity/Customer) Is Requesting A Bid For The Renovation Of The Church Organ In Temppeliaukio. Temppeliaukio Church Has An Organ From 1975 (Op 70) Built By Veikko Virtanen, An Organ Builder. The Organ Has 43 Voices, Four Fingers And A Foot. The Church Is Used By The Töölö Congregation. The Organ Repair To Be Procured Must Be Scheduled In The Church For The Period Mon 8 February 2027–Fri 30 April 2027, I.E. Weeks 6–17. The Church In Temppeliaukio Is Closed During The Repair Work. Attached Is A Repair Needs Assessment Of The Organ, Which The Provider Completes Based On The Site Visit. The Completed Survey Resulting From This Is Used In The Comparison Of Offers And As A Starting Point For The Repair Plan. The Final Exact Content Of The Repair Plan Is Decided Together Between The Selected Supplier And The Customer. The Bidder Gets To Know The Object Before Submitting The Bid.
