The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Docking, Surface Treatment And The Related Measurement, Maintenance And Documentation Work (Service) Of The Pilot Boat L-102 Of The Norwegian Museum Agency (Purchasing Unit). The Surface Treatment Must Protect The Ships Structures And Equipment And Match The Appearance Of The Ship During Its Active Service. Where Necessary, The Condition Of Deck Equipment And Equipment Is Also Taken Into Account For Long-Term Museum Storage. The Service Includes The Following Tasks1. Logistics, I.E. Transfer Of The Ship From The Museum Pier To The Docking Place And Back, Lifting And Docking2. Measurements Related To The Structure3. Possible Body Repairs4. Surface Treatment Works5. Deactivating The Batteries, Draining The Fuel And Handling The Tank And Ensuring Shore Power6. Finishing Work7. The Content Of The Documentation Service Is Described In More Detail Below In This Request For Tenders And In Its Attachments. The Pilot Boat L-102 Belongs To The Collection Of The National Museum. The Vessel Was Built At The Hamina Workshop In 1963.• Hull Material: Sheet Iron• Deck Structure: Aluminum• Main Engine: Air-Cooled Deutz Marine Diesel, 170 Hp• Former Station: Orrengrund Pilot Station• Last Station: Puumala Pilot Station Reserve Boat• Moved To A Museum Ship In 2013• Last Inspection: May 2012 - The Boat Has Not Been Inspected Since Then - Inspection Is Not Included For Purchase Current Status:• The Ships Battery Is Not In Working Order• The Engine Can Be Started With A Separate Starter Battery Pack• There Is Fuel Left In The Fuel Tanks• The Transfer Of The Ship To The Dock Is Most Likely To Be Towed Dimensions And Information:• Length: 12.5 M• Width: 3.8 M• Depth: 1.8 M• Weight: About 30 Tons• There Is No Official Sinking Information Availablelocation: Merikeskus Vellamo Museum Boat Dock, Tornatorintie 99, 48100 Kotkaprocurement Schedule: The Service Must Be Completed By April 30, 2027 At The Latest Site Presentation: Bidders Must Participate In The Site Presentation, And It Is A Condition For Submitting A Bid.
