Tenders Are Invited For Presentation Technical Services For Events (Framework Arrangement)

The Object Of The Procurement Is The Set Of Presentation Technical (Av) Support Services Needed For The Events Of The Tampere Higher Education Community. This Is A Supplementary Support Service For The Customers Own Av Operations: Events Are Mainly Carried Out With The Help Of The Customers Own Av Staff And Fixed Av Infrastructure, And The Framework Arrangement Is Used To Ensure The Adequacy Of Resources And Equipment In Situations Where The Own Capacity Is Not Sufficient Or The Special Technical Requirements Of The Event Require It. The Procurement May Include Event-Specific Delivery Of Performance Technical Equipment And Related Services, Equipment Transport, Set-Up And Dismantling, Technical Personnel (For Example Av Technicians And Road Users), Event-Specific Technical Planning And Coordination As Well As Other Support Services Related To The Implementation Of The Event As Described In The Request For Tenders. The Procurement Establishes A Framework Arrangement For Which No More Than Four (4) Service Providers Are Selected. During The Contract Period, The Customer Places Event-Specific Orders From Suppliers Selected For The Framework Arrangement. The Customer Does Not Have A Quantity Purchase Obligation. The Events Are Mainly Organized In The Tampere Area, But The Framework Arrangement Can Also Be Used For Events Organized Elsewhere In Finland. The Object Of Procurement, The Method Of Implementation Of The Service, And The More Detailed Operating Model Of The Framework Arrangement (Supplier Selection And Ordering Procedure) Are Specified In The Annexes Of The Request For Tender And In The Draft Contract Attached To The Request For Tender And Its Appendices (Especially The Service Description And Price Annex).
