Tenders Are Invited For Removal Of Hazardous And Non-Hazardous Hospital Waste For The Needs Of The Mia And Its Structures In The Country, According To Specific Positions

The Object Of This Public Procurement Is A Service Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 3 Of The Civil Code. The Scope, Volume And Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement For Each Specific Item Are Described And Regulated In The Technical Specification, Part 2 Of This Participation Documentation. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes Carrying Out Activities For The Removal Of Separately Collected Hazardous And Non-Hazardous Hospital Waste Of The Military Medical Academy And Its Subordinate Structures In The Country, By Types And Quantities, According To The Terms Of The Technical Specification For The Relevant Separate Item (Appendix No. 1.1, No. 1.2, No. 1.3 And No. 1.1.1.), An Integral Part Of The Documentation. The Services Are Divided Into 8 (Eight) Separate Positions (As Only Separate Positions With No. 1, No. 2 And No. 3 Will Be Assigned Through The Present Procedure). The Contractor Will Carry Out The Activities Assigned To Him, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Employer And The Legal And By-Laws Regulating The Activities Included In Each Specific Position. The Activities On The Subject Of The Order Under The Respective Separate Item, If Applicable, Are Carried Out In Accordance With The Special Requirements Of The Waste Management Act (Waa), The Environmental Protection Act (Epa) And All Other Norms Regulating The Transport (Export), Including The Disposal Of Hazardous Hospital Waste - Ordinance No. 2 Of 23.07.2014 On The Classification Of Waste, Ordinance No. 1 Of 04.06.2014 On The Order And Samples According To Which Information On Waste Activities Is Provided, As Well As The Order For Keeping Public Registers, Ordinance On The Requirements For The Treatment And Transportation Of Industrial And Hazardous Waste, Ordinance No. 40 Of 14.01.2004 On The Conditions And Order For Carrying Out Road Transport Of Dangerous Goods, Ordinance No. 1 Of 09.02.2015 On The Requirements To Waste Collection And Treatment Activities On The Territory Of Medical And Health Facilities. Activities For Each Specific Item Will Be Carried Out Periodically. The Specified Quantities Of Waste In The Technical Specification For The Respective Individual Item Are Indicative/Forecast As They Depend On The Activities Carried Out By The Bma And The Waste Generated By The Structures, Until The Maximum Financial Framework Of The Contract Is Reached. The Contracting Authority Has No Obligation To Reach The Entire Quantity And/Or All The Nomenclatures. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right, If Necessary: To Change The Quantities Of Hospital Waste Specified In The Technical Specification For The Respective Separate Item, According To Their Needs; To Give Up Transport And Treatment Activities Of Certain Types Of Waste, Included In The Specification Under The Relevant Separate Item, In The Event Of A Change In The Regulations, Structural Changes In The Mma, As Well As When The Need To Treat A Specified Type Of Waste Ceases To Exist; To Request Activities For Transportation And Treatment Of New Types Of Waste, Which Are Not Included In The Technical Specification Under The Relevant Separate Item, But Are In Fulfillment Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement; * By New Types Is Meant: Treatment Of Waste Types Equivalent/Similar To Those Included In The Technical Specification.
