Tenders Are Invited For Selection Of An Electricity Supplier And Coordinator Of A Balancing Group For Low Voltage Sites For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Provadia

The Subject Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy Of Low Voltage By The Coordinator Of A Balancing Group, Full Administration Of The Information Flow With Eso And Taking Over The Costs Of Imbalances, For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Provadia. The Estimated Amount Of Electricity For The Term Of The Contract Is: 1,416,716.62 Kwh. The Amount Of Electricity Is Determined By The Contracting Authority Depending On The Specific Needs And Financial Security. The Quantities Specified In The Documentation Are Estimated For The Duration Of The Contract And Are Determined On The Basis Of Previous Consumption Of The Contracting Authority, Calculated For 12 Months And Increased By An Estimated 10%, And The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Use Them And Is Not Limited By Them. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Administration Of The Amounts For The Legally Determined Fees, Network Services And Excise Duty. The Same Will Be Paid By The Client To The Contractor. In Connection With The Above, A Contract For Combined Services Will Be Concluded With The Contractor Within The Meaning Of Art. 11, Item 10 And Under The Conditions Of Art. 20 Of Ptee (Energy Trading Rules).
