The Subject Of The Award Of The Public Contract Is The Supply Of Specific And General Hospital Consumables Under Separate Items, As Follows: Separate Item No. 1 - Infusion Systems, Syringes, Needles And Syringes - €645,372.00; Separate Item No. 2 - Dressing Materials, Plasters And Bandages - €888,667.00; Separate Item No. 3 - Aspiration Consumables And Oxygen Therapy Consumables - €268,076.00; Specific Item No. 4 - Medical Gloves - €240,082.00; Specific Item No. 5 - Catheters - €75,400.00; Separate Item No. 6 - Infusion Consumables For Oncology Department - €233,516.00; Separate Item No. 7 Motorized And Mechanical Staplers For Open And Laparoscopic Surgery - €168,000.00. Important: According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Award Individual Items In The Order Valid For The Individual Estimated Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Value Of The Respective Individual Item Does Not Exceed Bgn 156,464 For Supplies And Services And The Total Estimated Value Of The Individual Items Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order. In These Cases, Regardless Of The Residual Value Of The Order, It Is Awarded In The Order Applicable To The Total Estimated Value Of The Entire Order. Based On The Above: Separate Position No. 8 Vacuum Blood Collection System For A Period Of 36 Months - Will Be Assigned In The Order Applicable According To Its Individual Value, According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop. Total Estimated Value Of The Allocated Item: Eur 25,564.00, Excluding Vat. The Scope And Main Parameters Of The Medical Supplies Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification Of The Participation Documentation - Appendix No. 1. The Offered Supplies Should Meet The Minimum Requirements Laid Down In The Technical Specification. Pursuant To The Provision Of Art. 48 Para. 2 And Art. 49 Para. 2 Of The Zop To Be Considered Added Or Equivalent Wherever Standards, Technical Approvals Or Specifications Or Other Technical Benchmarks Are Indicated In The Documentation Or Technical Specification Under This Order, As Well As When A Model, Source, Process, Trademark, Patent, Type, Origin Or Production Are Indicated.
