Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Packaged Foods, Coffee, Tea, Soft Drinks And Mineral Water Under Two Separate Items: Separate Item #1 Delivery Of Packaged Foods And Sugar Products For The Needs Of The Technical University - Gabrovo Separate Item #2 Delivery Of Soft Drinks And Mineral Water For The Needs Of The Technical University - Gabrovo

Deliveries Will Be Made In Compliance With The Instructions And Requirements Set Forth In The Technical Specifications And The Draft Contract. The Deliveries Subject To The Two Separate Items Include Delivery At The Request Of The Contracting Authority, In Which The Type And Quantity Of The Requested Products Are Indicated. The Specified Estimated Quantities Are Approximate And The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Increase And/Or Decrease Them Depending On Specific Needs. In This Sense, The Contracting Authority Has The Right During The Term Of The Contract Not To Declare In Full The Given Estimated Quantity Of Goods, As Well As To Declare Deliveries Of Goods After Reaching The Estimated Quantities Specified For Them, Until The Total Value Of The Contract Is Reached. Period For Fulfillment Of The Order For Each Of The Two Separate Items - The Contract Is Effective From August 10, 2026 And Is Valid Until June 30, 2027 Or Until The Maximum Estimated Value Of The Allocated Position Is Reached, Whichever Occurs First.
