The Subject Of The Order Is The Repair Of The Roof Waterproofing Of The Spent Fuel Storage (Sfu) Building, Lower Part (Nl), Elevation +18.60, Elevation +15.90 And Elevation +21.60, Owned By The Kozloduy Npp, By Laying A Rolled Bitumen Membrane Using The Gas Flame Method. The Roof Of The Np Is Made Of Reinforced Concrete Panels, On Which A Cement Screed And Bitumen-Based Waterproofing Type - App Membrane (Active Polypropylene) With Mineral Sprinkles Is Placed. On Part Of The Waterproofing Coating Of The Building, Numerous Unglued Sections Of The Insulation, Tears, Ballooning Were Found, Which Lead To A Loss Of Water Tightness, Seepage Of Rainwater And Leaks Into Rooms, As Well As Compromising Structural Elements Of The Building.
