The Procedure Is Opened On The Basis Of Art. 79, Para. 1, Item 7 Of The Civil Code And In Accordance With Decree No. 347 Of 08.12.2016 Of The Council Of Ministers, Which Approved The List Of Goods Under Art. 79 And Art. 191, Paragraph 1, Item 6 Of The Civil Code. The Subject Of The Procedure Is A Commodity That Is Traded On The Commodity Exchange, Which Is A Reason For Awarding The Procedure By Negotiation Without Prior Notice, According To Art. 79, Para. 1, Item 7 Of The Civil Code. The Delivery Of The Goods Will Take Place On The Commodity Exchange Through A Stock Broker, Under The Conditions Of The Law On Commodity Exchanges And Markets. A Contract For This Order Will Be Concluded With Sofia Stock Exchange Ad, Under The Terms And Conditions Entered In Their Stock Exchange Rules.
