The Object Covers The Rehabilitation Of The Road Section From Km 0+000 To Km 4+635, Divided Into Three Sub-Objects, Including Repair And Restoration Activities On The Road Surface, Improvement Of Drainage, Formation Of Banquets, Restoration Of Existing Facilities And All Accompanying Construction And Assembly Works, According To The Approved Investment Project. The Service Of Exercising Author Supervision Includes Control Over The Legal And Accurate Execution Of Construction In Accordance With The Prepared Investment Project, Giving Instructions And Prescriptions During Construction, Participation, If Necessary, In The Drawing Up Of Acts And Protocols During Construction, As Well As Participation In Putting The Construction Into Operation. On The Basis Of Art. 65, Para. 1 Of Ppzop, The Contracting Authority Shall Not Apply Art. 64, Para. 2 And Para. 3 Of The Ppzop, Accordingly, Will Not Send An Invitation To Participate And Will Not Require The Submission Of An Offer From The Designated Contractor.
