The Subject Of The Order Includes Basic And Current Repairs And Alterations. Which Do Not Require A Building Permit, According To Art. 151 Of The Territorial Planning Act. All Activities Are Classified By Type And Group Of Construction According To Ordinance No. 1 Of July 30, 2003 And The Rules For The Central Professional Register Of Builders. The Execution Of The Order Includes Construction And Repair Works In Buildings And Sites Of Plovdiv University Paisiy Hilendarski, Located On The Territory Of The City Of Plovdiv, The City Of Kardjali, The City Of Tsarevo, The City Of Ahtopol, Smolyan Region, The Village Of Zagrazhden And The Resort Of Pamporovo. The Works Must Be Carried Out Upon Assignment By The Contracting Authority, After Holding An Internal Competitive Selection Under Art. 82 Of The Civil Code. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Secure The Needs Of The University Related To The Maintenance, Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Building Stock And The Adjacent Infrastructure, Including Objects Of Different Sizes And Functional Purpose - Educational, Administrative, Laboratory, Residential And Service.
