The Subject Is Reworking Of An Investment Project Under Art. 154 Of The Zut And Division Of Phasing For The Site: Construction Of A Street Within The Scope Of Ot 31A To Ot 32A/From Zaichar Street To Tsaribrodska Street/; Construction Of A Street From O.T.17B To O.T.30A/ From Tsaribrodska Street To Dimitar Petkov Street And Engineering Infrastructure According To Project Documentation On The Territory Of The So - Vazrazhdane District (With The Exception Of The Laying Of Pavement Along Dimitar Petkov Street) - First Stage And Second Stage - Restoration Of Paving Along Dimitar Petkov Street In The Scope Of O.T. 39 To The Building Sewer Diversion For Pi 68134.303.342 And Commissioning Of The Road Section With The Restored Pavement Surface. The Purpose Of This Order Is To Provide A Technical Solution For The Implementation Of Activities In Connection With The Restoration Of Pavement On Dimitar Petkov Street Within The Scope Of O.T. 39 To The Building Sewer Diversion For Pi 68134.303.342 And Commissioning Of The Road Section With The Restored Pavement. The Expected Results Have Been Developed And Approved By The Contracting Authority For A Technical Project For The Road Part, Meeting The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 4 Of May 21, 2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects Under The Spatial Planning Act. Accepted And Approved Technical Project With Prepared Compliance Report On The Necessary Project Parts And Agreed With All Operating Companies Related To The Project. Delivery Of The Performance Of Services For Each Activity Is Documented With A Handover And Acceptance Protocol, Which Is Signed By The Contractor And The Contractor In Three Original Copies - Two For The Contractor And One For The Contractor. The Investment Project Is Submitted For Review And Acceptance By The Contractor To The Contractor 3 /Three/ Copies On Paper - Drawings With An Explanatory Note, Details And Specifications And 1 /One/ Copy On Electronic Media In .Dwg Format For The Drawings And .Doc And .Xls For The Text Documents And 1 /One/ Copy In .Pdf Format. In Pdf Format, The Drawings With The Signatures And Stamps Of The Designers On The Relevant Parts Are Attached. The Content Of The Magnetic Media In Digital Form Must Fully Correspond To The Information On The Paper Media In Full Volume And As The Content Of The Project. Projects On Paper Must Be Signed By Legally Competent Designers In The Relevant Specialties.
