The Contracting Authority, The Municipality Of Hengelo, Is Therefore Looking For Two Contract Partners To Supply, Maintain And Manage Wmo Tools In A Rental Construction. Vat Or Lower Are Purchased And Provided In Ownership. If The Facilities Are More Expensive, The Contracting Authority Can Provide The Facility On Loan.
