The Services To Be Awarded Relate To The Turnkey Construction Of The Construction Project By A General Contractor. The Service Includes All Structural, Technical And Gardening And Landscaping Construction Services Required For The Complete Construction Of The Construction Project As Well As The Planning Services Still Required For The Implementation Planning For The Object Planning, The Technical Equipment, The Structural Planning And The Open-Air Facility Planning, Including All The Expert And Expert Services Still Required. The Services To Be Awarded Initially Only Concern The Realization Of Construction Phase 1. The Client Has The Option Of Also Commissioning The Contractor To Realize Construction Phase 2. For The Services To Be Awarded (Kg 200-700, A Cost Cap Of €3,400.00/M² Of Residential And Commercial Space (Including 19% Vat) Is Specified, Which Must Be Strictly Adhered To. This Cost Cap Was Determined On The Basis Of A Specified Investment Budget. This Investment Budget Represents The Maximum Financial Resources Available For Commissioning The General Contractor And Thus The Maximum Permissible Remuneration For The Services To Be Awarded Services Can And May Be Promised And Issued. If All Eligible Offers Exceed The Aforementioned Cost Limit, The Award Will Be Canceled Due To Inefficiency.
