The Following Types Of Works Will Be Executed Within The Subsequent Contracts Awarded On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement: - Repair Of Protective Pavements, In Order To Eliminate Infiltrations To The Buildings Infrastructure. - Restoration Of Interior/Exterior Finishes - Interior Carpentry Replacement Work (Access Doors And Windows). - Works On The Lightning Rod Installation. - Work On The Heating System/Hot Water Supply System. - Works On The Lighting Installation In Buildings. - Repair Of The Terrace Type Roof Over The Technical Space, Including Repair Of The Meteor Water Collection System At The Terrace Level. - Repair Of The Roof Frame, Respectively Of The System For Collecting And Discharging Meteoric Waters At The Level Of The Frame Covering. - Dismantling Of Installations And Equipment Apparently Mounted On The Facades/Terrace Of The Building, As Well As Their Assembly/Reassembly After The Intervention Works Have Been Carried Out. - Creation Of Facilities/Adaptation Of The Infrastructure For People With Disabilities.
