Qualification System (Cs) With Subject: Joining Of New Customers With Reconstruction And Construction Of Overhead And Cable Networks Of Medium Voltage (Srn) And Low Voltage (Lv) And Electrical Equipment Of Substations (Tp) On The Territory Of The City Of Sofia And Sofia Region, Served By Electrical Distribution Networks Zapad Ead, Ref. No. Cs 26-046. Cs Is Created On The Basis Of Article 141, Paragraph 1 Of The Zop And Has For Object Construction Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code. The Cs Is Created With The Aim Of Carrying Out A Preliminary Selection Of The Interested Persons And The Inclusion In It Of Business Entities That Will Participate In The Procedures For Awarding Public Procurement Conducted By The Contracting Authority, Falling Within The Scope Of The Cs, According To The Conditions And Requirements Of The Contracting Authority And The Ppa. The Cs Enables Business Entities To Be Included In It At Any Time, As A Result Of A Pre-Selection. Interested Persons Can Submit An Application For Inclusion In The Sc During The Entire Term Of Operation Of The Sc. The Application For Participation Contains Information About Personal Status And Compliance With The Selection Criteria Set By The Contracting Authority. For The Awarding Of Specific Public Contracts For The Award Of Works Falling Within The Scope Of The Cs, The Contracting Authority, Depending On Its Specific Needs, Will Conduct Negotiation Procedures With A Preliminary Invitation To Participate (In Accordance With Article 142, Paragraph 1 Of The Zop), To Determine The Executor Of Each Specific Contract From Among The Persons Included In The Cs. The Period Of Validity Of The Cs Is 60 (Sixty) Months, Counted From The Date Of Sending The Notice Of The Announcement Of The Cs. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Change Its Validity Under The Conditions Of Art. 141, Para. 2 Of The Zop.
