The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services For The Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners Located In The City Of Rybnik. Municipal Waste Covered By The Subject Of The Order Comes From Residential And Mixed Properties, I.E. Partly Inhabited And Partly Uninhabited, Where Municipal Waste Is Generated, And Uninhabited Real Estate Where Municipal Waste Is Generated. Waste Will Be Collected In Accordance With The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Force In The City Of Rybnik. The Settlement Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Based On The Quantity (Weight) Of Municipal Waste Actually Collected And Delivered To The Installation, On The Basis Of Partial Invoices With A Payment Deadline Of 30 Days From The Date Of Submission Of The Invoice.
