The Purpose Of The Contract Is For The Employer To Receive Three Complete, Self-Contained And Usable Audio-Visual Performances Presenting The History, Significance And Cultural Context Of Castel Almus. Each Performance Should Be Adapted For Independent Use, As Well As For Inclusion In A General Program. The Purpose Of The Order Is The Creation Of Finished Audio-Visual Works With Thematic And Content Integrity, Suitable For Public Presentation. The Content Should Be Presented In An Accessible Way, Including For An Audience Without Specialized Historical Knowledge. The Subject Of The Order Is The Creation And Transmission Of 3 (Three) Independent Audio-Visual Performances On The Theme Of Castel Almus - Lom, Intended For Use Through A 3D Mapping System Provided By The Contracting Authority, Including Performing The Necessary Content Development Activities, Preparation Of Language Versions And Transmission Of Final And Output Files. The Scope Of The Service Includes The Activities Necessary For The Creation, Completion And Transmission Of The Audio-Visual Performances In Accordance With The Requirements Of This Technical Specification. The Delivery, Rental, Installation, Dismantling, Maintenance Or Adjustment Of Projectors, Servers, Sound And Lighting Systems, Cable Routes, Power Supply, Stage Equipment And Any Other Material Or Technical Infrastructure Remain Outside The Scope Of This Order. If The Use Of A Technical System Is Required For The Purposes Of Tests, Adaptation Or Demonstration, It Shall Be Provided By The Contracting Authority, Unless Otherwise Expressly Provided In The Procurement Documentation.
