School Furniture – Primary Classrooms Zš Švermova – Furniture. The Subject Of This Public Order Is The Delivery Of New (Unused) Interior Equipment To The Newly Reconstructed Pavilion C Of The Zš Švermova Building (It Is The Premises Of The Former Swimming Pool). These Are Common Classroom Equipment For First Grade Students And Classrooms (Chairs, Chairs, Desks, Cabinets, Etc.). A Description Of The Required Equipment Is Given In Annex No. 6 Of This Procurement Documentation – The Measurement Statement. The Delivered Interior Equipment Must Be New And Unused, Meet The Requirements Of Act No. 22/1997 Coll., On Technical Requirements For Products And On The Amendment And Addition Of Certain Laws, As Amended, And Must Be In Accordance With All Valid Legal Regulations And Technical Standards Relating To Interior Equipment. The Interior Equipment Will Be Placed According To The Project Documentation At The Stage Of The Documentation For The Execution Of The Construction (See Appendix No. 5 Of The Tender Documentation). Part Of The Subject Of Performance Is The Handing Over Of All Documents Needed For Handling The Products And For Their Proper Use (Especially Warranty Cards). The Subject Of Performance Also Includes Transport To The Place Of Performance, Installation, Assembly, And The Performance Of Other Actions Necessary For The Products To Fulfill The Agreed Or Usual Purpose In The Places Of Use. Warranty Service For The Duration Of The Warranty Period Is Also Part Of The Subject Of Performance. Part Of The Scope Of Performance Also Includes The Removal And Disposal Of All Packaging And Other Materials Used In The Performance Of The Order. All Activities Associated With The Subject Of Performance Are Specified In More Detail In The Draft Purchase Agreement, In The Statement Of Measurements And In The Project Documentation (See Attachments No. 3, 5 And 6 Of The Tender Documentation).
