The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Bridge Along The Provincial Road 841 Chełm - Cyców In The Town Of Stawek At Km 6+975. The Bridge In Stawek Is A Reinforced Concrete, Single-Span Beam Bridge Consisting Of A Simply Supported Beam Without Brackets With A Theoretical Span Of L1 = 7.34 M. The Length Of The Bridge Is 16.90 M, The Total Width Is 7.98 M, Including The Roadway 5.94 M And Safety Bands 1.02 M Wide On Both Sides. All Structural Elements Require Repair Or Protection Against Further Damage. There Was A Loss Of Corrosion Resistance Of The Bridge Structure Due To The Lack Of Some Equipment Elements (Expansion And Drainage Devices). 1. The Scope Of Bridge Works Includes, Among Others: 1) Demolition And Preparatory Works - Demolition Of: - Bituminous Asphalt Concrete Surface Of The Road On The Bridge And Access Roads - Base Layer On The Approaches To The Bridge - Soil Embedded In The Body Of The Road Embankment In The Abutment Zones - Protective Concrete Layer On The Insulation Of The So-Called Leveling Screed - Insulation Layers Of The Bridge Slab - Concrete In The Structural Elements Of The Bridge - Balustrades Installed Along The Length Of The Bridge And Wings 2) Renovation Of The Superstructure 2.1) Concrete Overlay, Reinforced Concrete Slabs And Girders: - Reinforcement Of The Existing Deck Slab 2.2). Surface Protection Of Steel Flat Bars 2.3) Insulation Of The Deck Slab 2.4) Protection Of Concrete Surfaces 2.5) Curbs 2.6) Sidewalk Caps 3) Renovation Of Supports 3.1) Support Bodies 3.2) Reinforced Concrete Wings 3.3) Retaining Block With A Transition Slab 4) Finishing Works And Bridge Equipment - Drainage Draining Water From The Insulation Level - Surface On The Bridge And Access Roads - Expansion Joint Cover - Reinforcement Of Filling Cones - Protection Of Concrete Surfaces - Hydrotechnical Works. 2. The Scope Of Works On The Pedestrian Footbridge Includes: - Abrasive Blast Cleaning Of The Surfaces Of Concrete Structures - Surface Repair With Pcc Mortars - Anti-Corrosion Protection Of Concrete Surfaces - Priming And Closing Layers. The Facility Is Expected To Place Height Signs In The Following Places: - 4 Pcs. (8 Pcs In Total) - On Each Extreme Support On Both Sides, - 1 Pc. (6 Pcs In Total) - On The Load-Bearing Structure On Both Sides Of The Spans Above Each Support And In The Middle Of The Span. Additionally, One Permanent Height Mark Should Be Made In The Area Of ​​The Facility, Related To The State Leveling. The Remaining Height Signs Should Be Associated With A Permanent Sign. It Is Assumed That The Bridge Renovation Will Be Carried Out In Two Work Phases With Alternating Traffic On One Road. During The Reconstruction Of The Bridge, The Work Site Will Be Marked According To A Separate Temporary Traffic Organization Design Developed By The Contractor. The Adopted Sequence Of Phasing (Closing The Road) For The Duration Of The Bridge Renovation: Phase 1: Traffic On The Right Side Of The Road With A Width Of At Least 3.0 M Phase 2: Traffic On The Left Part Of The Bridge The Wearing Course Of The Surface On The Entire Section Will Be Made After
