The Proposed Works Comprises Two Main Elements Of Emergency Upgrade Works As Follows:- 1. Upgrade Of The Heating Services And Conversion To Lpg Including Full Strip Out Of The Existing Redundant Oil Fired Heating Services, Provision Of New Condensing Gas Fired Boilers, Flue Kits, Header Pipework, Plate Heat Exchanger, Circulation Pumps, Valves, Actuators, Pressurisation Unit, Gas Safety System, New Two Pipe Heating Distribution System, Nzeb Radiators, Heating Controls And All Associated Electrical And Builders Works. 2. Upgrade Of The School Water Services Including Isolation And Removal Of Redundant Cold Water Storage Tanks, Supply And Installation Of A New Sectional Cold Water Storage Tank, Provision Of A New Central Dhw Calorifier And Hot Water Distribution Pipework System With Secondary Return And All Associated Electrical And Builders Works.
