The Quantities Of Works Will Be According To The Provisions Of The Beneficiarys Requirements, Respectively: Object 1 - Non-Permanent Accumulation And Related Facilities • Non-Permanent Accumulation- 1 Pc., Vmax=6,149,319 M²; • Development Of The Corund Stream - L = 3760 M Object 2 - Diversion Of The Corund Stream • Development Of The Corund Stream And Tributaries L = 3290 M Duration Of Execution: 34 Months, Of Which: Object 1: - 18 Months Duration/Period Of Works Execution. Object 2: A) 3 Months - Design Duration/Period B) 1 Month - Period Of Approval Of The Technical Project By The Supervisor And Cte A.B.A. Mureș C) 30 Months - Duration/Period Of Execution The Estimated Value Of The Design And Execution Contract Was Determined As Follows: - For Object 1 - Based On The Values Resulting From The Elaboration Of The Technical Project, As Well As On The Basis Of The Values Entered In The General Estimate That Was The Basis For The Approval Of The Technical-Economic Indicators (For Technical Assistance Services) - For Object 2 - Based On The Values Entered In The General Estimate That Was The Basis Approval Of The Technical-Economic Indicators. The Activities That Are The Subject Of The Public Procurement Procedure, Are Broken Down For Each Of The Objects Included In The Investment Objective, As Follows: A. Object 2 - Design: Technical Project, Technical Specifications And Details Of Execution, Including Other Field Studies Necessary For The Preparation Of Technical Documentation, Preparation Of Technical Documentation For Obtaining The Building Permit (D.T.A.C.), - Technical Assistance From The Designer - Execution Of Works: Development Of The Land, Developments For Environmental Protection And Bringing The Land To Its Original State, Expenditures For The Relocation/Protection Of Utilities, Expenditures For The Insurance Of Utilities, Expenditures For The Basic Investment, Site Organization, Expenditures For Technological Samples And Tests And Handing Over To The Beneficiary. The Value Of The Contract To Be Awarded Does Not Include: Values Related To Miscellaneous And Unforeseen Expenses, Values Related To Expenses Related To The Budget Margin, These Can Be Accessed In Accordance With The Provisions Of H.G.
