Fuel Oils – Delivery Of Fuel Oil For Ow Łańsk. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Light Fuel Oil For The Needs Of The Recreation Center In Łańsk In The Amount Of 200 M3. 2. Ordering Partys Requirements 1) Light Fuel Oil Must Meet The Quality Requirements Specified By Law, In Particular Regarding The Sulfur Content Of Oils And The Types Of Installations And Conditions In Which Heavy Fuel Oils Will Be Used, Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Energy Of December 1, 2016 And The Relevant Standards, In Particular Pn-C-96024:2001. 2) Deliveries Will Take Place On Working Days From 8:30 A.M. To 3:30 P.M. 3) The Maximum Size Of A Single Delivery Will Not Exceed: 18 M3 (Tanks With A Capacity Of 1 M3 To 25 M3). 4) Deliveries By Road Tankers With A Maximum Capacity Of 18 M3, Minimum 4 - Chambers On A Rigid Frame For Maneuverability Purposes. 5) Fuel Deliveries Will Be Settled At A Reference Temperature Of 15°C. 6) Each Batch Of Delivered Fuel Must Have A Valid Quality Certificate Regarding This Delivery And A Suppliers Issuance Certificate, Which Should Be Delivered Together With The Fuel Delivery. The Ordering Party Requires To Attach A Copy Of The Above. Documents With Each Delivery. 7) Deliveries That Do Not Have A Valid Fuel Quality Certificate And The Suppliers Issuance Certificate Will Not Be Accepted By The Ordering Party. 8) The Contractor Must Have A Valid Fuel Trading License Issued By The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office During The Duration Of The Contract. If The Validity Of The Concession Ends During The Duration Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A New Valid Concession. 3. Additional Requirements. 1) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Complete The Delivery Or Part Of The Delivery At Least 50% Of The Total Contract Value. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect. 2) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Collect And Store Control Samples Of The Supplied Fuel Before Unloading. These Samples, After Being Described And Secured, Will Be Stored By The Ordering Party For A Period Of 1 Month From The Date Of Delivery. The Sampling Protocol Should Be Countersigned By The Driver Delivering The Fuel. 4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Conduct Random Inspections Of The Supplied Fuel In A Specialized Laboratory. If Poor Fuel Quality Is Found, The Costs Of The Test Are Covered By The Contractor. If The Tests Carried Out Do Not Confirm Poor Quality Of The Fuel, The Costs Of The Testing Are Borne By The Ordering Party. 5. The Detailed Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract. I.
