Repair And Maintenance Services Of Warships – Maintenance In Operational Condition (Mco) Of French Navy Special Forces Vessels And Their Trailers.. The Draft Framework Agreement Concerns The Maintenance In Operational Condition Of The Special Forces Boats Of The National Navy And Their Trailers, Namely Approximately 47 Boats Of The Vfm Type (Ex Vpdmp), Zodiac Hurricane 933 Ob, Etraco, Etraco-Ng And Ecume, Based In Mainland France With Their Cradles. As Well As Approximately 31 Road Or Air Transportable Trailers For Zodiac Hurricane 933 Ob, Etraco And Ecume Type Boats. The Main Services To Be Provided Are As Follows: Maintenance Of The 2 Vfms With Associated Logistical Support And An Availability Requirement In Order To Meet Operational Needs (Preventive And Corrective Maintenance); Maintenance Of Other Buildings In Standard Category, I.E. Some Works And Deliveries; Maintenance Of Trailers (Road And/Or Air Transportable) And Some Cradles Through Technical Inspections And/Or Annual Visits; Carrying Out A Study And Upgrading. There Will Be Approximately 10 Technical Stops For The Vfms. The Framework Agreement Will Include A Tranche Bringing Together Purchase Orders And Orders For Contingencies, A Tranche Whose Maximum Estimated Amount Is 73% Of The Sum Of Firm Services. The Amount Of Orders For Technical Contingencies May Not, However, Exceed 15% Of The Total Amount Of The Initial Framework Agreement.
