Tenders are invited for Supply of Portable Ultrasound Scanner Bid Security: Rs- 65000/- Bid documents may be obtained by any interested qualified bidder or Agent or nominated person from the Finance Division of the Colombo North Teaching Hospital between 9.00 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. on working days from 25.05.2026 until 15.06.2026 on submission of the following: Submission of a written application to the Director of the Colombo North Teaching Hospital Copy of the Receipt for payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000.00 to the Shroff of the Colombo North Teaching Hospital. Certified copy of the Business Registration Certificate 04. Registration Certificate obtained from the Department of Registrar of Companies under the Public Contracts Act No. 03 of 1987 for bids above Rs. 05 million should be submitted. Sealed bids may either be sent by registered post to the Chairman, Regional Procurement Committee of the Colombo North Teaching Hospital or deposited in the Tender Box kept at the Office of the Chief Accountant of the Colombo North Teaching Hospital to receive at or before 10.30 a.m. on 16.06.2026. Late bids will be rejected. Bidder or his authorized representative maybe present at the time of opening ofbids. All bids should be submitted in duplicate and should be marked as Original and Duplicate. Name of the relevant procurement and the date of opening ofbids should be clearly mentioned on the left hand top corner of the envelope containing the bid.
