Event Services – Rent Of Equipment For The Sound And Lighting Coverage Of Cultural Events Of The Municipality Of Filis. The Object Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Services For The Sound And Lighting Coverage Of The Various Cultural Events Organized By The Municipality Of Fylis On An Annual Basis In All Three Municipal Units, Such As Festive Events At Festivals Of Holy Temples, Events Of Local Cultural Clubs, Kindergartens, Kapi, Municipal Conservatory, Sports Events, Theater And Childrens Shows, Conferences, Speeches, Parades During National Anniversaries, Carnival Carnival Parade, Etc. The Above Cultural Events, Depending On The Equipment That Will Be Needed To Cover Them, Their Duration And The Estimated Cost On A Case-By-Case Basis, Are Divided Into Large, Medium And Short-Range Events, As Shown In Detail In The Indicative Budget Table. The Services Provided Are Classified Under The Following Common Public Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv) Codes: 79952000 -2 (Event Services) And 51313000-9 (Sound Equipment Installation Services). This Contract Is Not Divided Into Parts And The Bids Are Submitted For The Whole Of Its Object, Due To The Single Nature, The Functional Coherence And The Unbroken Continuity Of The Sound And Lighting Services To Be Provided For The Cultural Events Of The Municipality. In Particular, The Subject Of The Contract Consists Of A Single And Interrelated Set Of Services, Which Require Joint Planning, Coordination, Technical Compatibility Of Equipment And Immediate Operational Response Before, During And After The End Of Each Event. The Possible Subdivision Of The Contract Into Individual Sections And The Assignment Of These To Different Contractors Could Significantly Complicate The Smooth And Uninterrupted Execution Of The Contractual Object, Create Risks Of Discontinuity, Technical Incompatibilities And Overlapping Responsibilities, As Well As Make Difficult The Necessary Unified Coordination During The Support Of The Events. On The Contrary, The Selection Of A Single Contractor For All Services Ensures Unified Technical Responsibility, Greater Consistency In The Provision Of Services, Faster Resolution Of Any Problems, Simplification Of Monitoring And Administration Of The Contract, Economies Of Scale, As Well As Increased Security And Reliability During The Execution Of Events. For These Reasons, The Non-Subdivision Of The Contract Is Considered Objectively Appropriate And Necessary For The Effective Service Of Its Purpose, Namely The Complete, Adequate And Uninterrupted Sound And Lighting Coverage Of The Cultural Activities Organized By The Municipality. The Estimated Value Of The Contract Amounts To €230,300.00 Excluding Vat Of 24% (Estimated Value Including Vat: €285,572.00). The Duration Of The Contract Is Set At One Year And With The Delivery Times Detailed For Each Type Of Event In The Technical Study Herein.
