During The Duration Of The Dps, All Interested Candidates Can Apply To Participate In It. The Dps Is Valid Until The Date Stated In The Procurement Notice, Unless It Is Interrupted Or Changed While The Dps Is Valid. All Candidates Who Meet The Suitability Requirements For Candidates Are Accepted Into The Dynamic Procurement System. There Is No Limit To The Number Of Candidates Accepted For The Dynamic Procurement System. The Candidate Applies For The Dynamic Procurement System By Submitting A Participation Application. Istekki Oy Makes Procurements Among The Candidates Approved For Dps Through Dpss Internal Tenders, Which Can Be Scheduled For The Duration Of Dpss Entire Procurement Phase. The Dps Procurement Phase Begins After The Establishment Phase And Ends When The Dps Expires. Istekki Oy Can Shorten Or Extend The Duration Of The Dynamic Procurement System By Publishing A Procurement Notice. Istekki Oy Can Also Increase The Value Of The Procurement By Publishing A Procurement Notice. After The Establishment Phase, The Dynamic Procurement System Is Closed Every Year Until July. In Addition, Istekki Oy Reserves The Right To Temporarily Close The Submission Of Participation Applications To The Dynamic Procurement System During Its Validity (E.G. Vacation Periods). During This Period, Tenders Are Not Organized Within The Dynamic Procurement System.
