The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Hospitals Post-Processing Diagnostic Imaging System With A Comprehensive System For Supporting Examination Diagnoses In Ct/Mr/Mg/X-Ray Modalities Based On Diagnosis Modeling Using Artificial Intelligence Algorithms, Together With The Supply Of The Necessary Hardware Resources And The Provision Of Service And Warranty Services. 3. The Order Will Be Financed By The Project: Digital Transformation Of Medical Service Processes Using Comprehensive Data Exchange, Advanced Diagnostics And Protection Of It Systems At Szpitale Pomorskie Sp. Z O.O. Under The Kpo, Measure 1.1.2 Accelerating The Processes Of Digital Transformation Of Health Care Through Further Development Of Digital Services In Health Care. 4. The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 257 Of The Public Procurement Act, Reserves The Right To Cancel The Procedure If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intends To Allocate To Finance The Contract In Question Are Not Granted To It. 5. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Contract Will Be Completed Within 10 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, But No Later Than July 13, 2026, Under The Terms And Conditions Specified In Annex No. 5 To The Swz Draft Contract.
