The Aim Of The Tender Is To Introduce A Secrets Management System (Sam) With An Attached Privileged Access Management System (Pam) That Can Be Gradually Expanded. This System Is Procured For 500 Privileged Users, 3 Cloud Environments And 60,000 Technical Accounts. After Reintroducing Regular Secrets And Password Changes, The Need For A Secrets Management System Has Become Clear In Many Parts Of Kubus It. In Particular, Due To The Increase In Infrastructure As Code And The Increased Use Of Container-Based Infrastructure, Significantly More Secrets Are Required Than In The Past. In Order To Meet This Challenge, The Implementation Of The Secrets And Access Management System On Prem Is Planned. The Product Is Advertised Including Implementation, As More Complex Settings Are Usually Necessary, Especially When The Systems Are Connected For The First Time In The Course Of Implementing The Product. Optional Product Training, Consulting And Support Services Must Be Provided. The Client Understands A Secrets And Privileged Access Management System To Be A System For Managing And Securing Privileged Access And For Automatic Password Changes (Privileged Access Management System (Pam) Or Secrets And Access Management System (Sam)). For Reasons Of Protecting The Confidentiality Of Information, The Specific Software Solution Will Only Be Announced Upon Invitation To Submit An Offer. The Client Intends To Procure Software Components Under License Law As A Rental In The On-Prem Operating Model. The Contractor Must Also Provide Optional And On-Demand Consulting Or Support Services. The Evb-It Framework Agreement Will Apply. The Maximum Volume For Orders Under This Contract Is Set At 2.1 Million Euros Net. There Is No Right To Exhaust This Maximum Limit. Within The Four-Year Term Of The Framework Agreement, Licenses Can Be Ordered Until The Maximum Limit Is Reached. The Framework Agreement Comes Into Force When The Contract Is Awarded. It Ends 4 Years After Acceptance Of The Installation Services (Introduction Project), Without The Need For Termination, Or Early When The Maximum Volume Is Reached. After Its Termination, The Framework Agreement Continues To Apply For The Duration Of The Individual Orders. The Basic Services Are Ordered For 48 Months. The Client Reserves The Right To Order A Further Individual Subscription Before The Framework Agreement Expires. Any Subsequent Order Will Be Capped By The Maximum Volume Of The Framework Agreement And Will Not Exceed The Term Of 12 Months.
