The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Purchase, Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of A Digital X-Ray Machine With The Necessary Accessories; 2) Purchase, Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of A Densitometer Along With The Necessary Equipment; 3) Adaptation Of Rooms In Accordance With Applicable Law (Including Regulations Of The Minister Of Health, Occupational Health And Safety Regulations, Sanitary And Epidemiological Station, Regulations On Radiological Protection); 4) Dismantling And Disposal Of The Currently Owned X-Ray Equipment By The Contractor, Confirmed By The Bdo Transfer Card; 5) Developing And Agreeing With The Competent Authority Of The State Sanitary Inspectorate (Wsse) On The Design Of Permanent Covers, And Obtaining All Legally Required Arrangements, Opinions, Permits, Acceptances And Administrative Decisions Enabling The Legal Use Of The X-Ray Laboratory And Equipment; 6) Obtaining All Required Acceptances And Consents Enabling The Operation Of The X-Ray Laboratory; 7) Training Of Medical Staff And Servicing Of The Device During The Warranty Period Included In The Price; 8) Integration, Configuration And Connection Of The Supplied X-Ray Device To The Pacs System Owned And Used By The Ordering Party, Along With Providing All Necessary Licenses. 9) Ensuring The Implementation Of Remote Description Of Diagnostic Tests. 10) Rental Of A Mobile X-Ray Laboratory For The Duration Of Adaptation Works And Equipment Installation.
