Computer-Related Management Services – Multifunctional Printers & Printers Including Accessories, Management And Maintenance. The Contracting Authority Is Looking For One Contractor To Conclude An Agreement With That Oversees: Contracting A Service In The Form Of Managed Print Services (Mps) For The Municipality Of Tilburg And The Participating Organization Municipality Of Dongen. In The Context Of This Service, The Contractor Provides Multifunctional Printers And Printers Including Accessories And Is Responsible For Their Management, Maintenance And Support As Part Of A Continuous Ict Performance. The Services Include Making Equipment Available, Taking Care Of The Implementation, Management And Maintenance, Supplying Supporting Software And Meeting The Requirements As Included In The Program Of Requirements Multifunctional Printers & Printers Including Accessories, Management And Maintenance. There Is No Purchase, Delivery, Rental, Lease Or Transfer Of Ownership Of Equipment. The Equipment Is An Integral Part Of The Service Provided. The Assignment Includes The Provision Of Managed Print Services (Mps) For The Municipality Of Tilburg (And Participating Organization Municipality Of Dongen), Including The Provision, Management And Maintenance Of Multifunctional Printers And Printers, Including Associated Services. The Current Size Is Indicative: Approximately 94 Devices, Divided Over Various Types Of Printers And Multifunctional Devices; An Annual Print Volume Of Approximately 2.3 Million Black And White Prints And Approximately 0.95 Million Color Prints. These Numbers And Volumes Are Based On Historical Data And Are For Indicative Purposes Only. No Rights Or Purchase Obligations Can Be Derived From This. During The Term Of The Agreement, The Scope Of Services May Change Within The Contractually Established Bandwidths, Including Scaling Up And Down The Number Of Devices. The Agreement Is Entered Into For An Initial Term Of Five (5) Years With The Option Of Extension Of A Maximum Of Five (5) Times One (1) Year.
