Software Supply Services – Development Of Voice Services Of The Ministry Of Internal Affairs And Communications. The Subject Of This Procurement Procedure Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement With One Selected Supplier Containing Contractual Conditions For The Performance Of Individual Sub-Contracts Based On Sub-Contracts (Sub-Contract), The Subject Of Which Is To Ensure The Provision Of Manufacturer Support Services And Specialist Services. The Subject Of The Performance Of Public Contracts Awarded On The Basis Of A Framework Agreement Includes The Provision Of: A) Support Of The Manufacturer Of The Ssp Ip Telephony System (Support Services), B) Services Of Specialists (Expert Support Services). In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out In The Framework Agreement And In The Individual Subcontract According To The Needs Of The Contracting Authority. A Complete List Of Requested Manufacturer Support And A Detailed Specification Of The Contracting Authoritys Requirements For The Subject Of Public Procurement Are Given In Appendix B Of This Procurement Documentation - Framework Agreement (Framework Agreement) And In Appendix B1 - Technical Specification. The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded For A Period Of 48 Months From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Framework Agreement, While Specific Performance Will Always Be Specified In The Relevant Partial Agreement Concluded In Accordance With The Procedure Specified In The Framework Agreement. A Detailed Definition Of The Subject Of The Public Contract, Including The Technical Conditions In The Details Necessary For The Processing Of The Offer, Is Given In The Appendices Of This Procurement Documentation. On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement, In The Manner Specified Therein, The Contracting Authority Will Always Order Performance In Time And To The Extent According To Its Current Needs. The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Draw Performance From The Framework Agreement. The Provision Of Services Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of The Specific Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Specified In The Respective Subcontract Concluded In Accordance With The Procedure Specified In The Framework Agreement.
