Bids shall be submitted online on the e-Procurement System by Monday 06 July 2026 at 13.30 hours (Local time) at latest. Bidders submitting bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids on Monday 06 July 2026from 15.01 hours (Local time) tillWednesday 08 July 2026 at 13.30 hours.
