Request for proposals for Green Climate Fund (GCF) Climate and Health Project - Consultancies: Developing a Climate-Health Risk Screening Tool to Enable Assessment of Individual Risk to Climate Change Health Impacts, etc Date: 12th June, 2026 Save the Children International in Malawi under the Green Climate Fund (GCF) Climate and Health Project is inviting submissions of proposals for three separate consultancies below: 1. Developing a climate-health risk screening tool to enable assessment of Individual risk to climate change health impacts. 2. Development of Thresholds and Warning Levels for Malnutrition and Heat related-illness under a Climate-informed EWARS. 3. Review the state of inclusion of Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Services (MHPSS) aspects in existing Maternal, Neonatal, and Child Health (MNCH) and Primary Health Care (PHC) services in 6 project districts, and outline process for the strengthening of climate risk-related MHPSS where appropriate.
