Proof Of Payment Of The Deposit Must Be Submitted With The Offer; The Ordering Party Requests The Contractor To Provide A Security For Proper Performance Of The Contract In The Amount Of 5% Of The Total Gross Offer Price. The Security Must Be Provided In Full, Regardless Of The Form Of Payment, No Later Than On The Day Of Concluding The Contract, But Before Signing It.
