The Subject Of This Order Are Planning Services From The Following Service Profiles/Task Areas: - Performance Profile Of Outdoor Facilities For The Measure (From The Reconstruction Action Plan) - Aki0343, Kreuzberg As Part Of The Offer, The Entire Outdoor Area Planning In Accordance With §39 Hoai For Service Phases 1 To 9 Is To Be Offered. The Award Is Made In An Order That Is Divided Into Two Performance Levels: Performance Level 1 Includes Performance Phases 1 To 4; Service Level 2 Includes Service Phases 5 To 9. When The Contract Is Concluded, Only Service Level 1 Is Initially Available. Performance Level 2 Can Be Triggered By A Separate Decision By The Client At A Later Date Through A Written Request. There Is No Entitlement To Access To Service Level 2 Or To The Complete Implementation Of All Service Phases. Planning Begins Immediately After The Award.
