The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Investment Task Titled: Renovation Of The Podlesie Road, Plot No. 55, 104/1, 105/5, 84/2, 85/7, Biczyce Górne District In The Town Of Biczyce Górne At Km 1+070 - 1+700. The Scope Of The Order Includes: Milling Of The Asphalt Surface, Replacement Of The Subgrade And Its Stabilization, Replacement Of Culverts And Sewage Trays, New Surface Asphalt Binding, Leveling And Grinding Surface, As Well As Roadsides. Road Barriers Will Also Be Installed In Sections. The Contractor Must Offer: 1) At Least A 3-Year Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Of The Order; 2) A 5-Year Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Of The Order. The Project Is Co-Financed By The Małopolska Voivodeship. The Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Which Constitute Annex No. 7 To The Swz And Annex No. 8 To The Swz, Respectively. Conditions Of Implementation The Orders Were Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
