1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works In Order To Implement The Investment Called Construction Of A Section Of The Municipal Road Ul. Myśliwska And An Internal Road On Section 131/9 And Section 131/17 Along With A Change In Traffic Organization At The Intersection With Ul. Grodzka In Dąbrówka Nowa And Construction Of Road Lighting On Ul. Grodzka And Myśliwska In Dąbrówka Nowa - Stage Ii, Commune Of Sicienko, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Execution Of Construction Works Within The Scope Described In The Design Documentation, Which Constitutes Annex No. 6 To The Swz. The Order Involves The Performance Of Construction Works In Two Scopes. The First One Includes The Construction Of The Section Dr. Commune Street Myśliwska And The Internal Road On Plot 131/9 And Part Of Plot 131/17, Along With The Implementation Of Changed Traffic Organization At The Intersection Of Ul. Myśliwska With Ul. Grodzka In Dąbrówka Nowa. This Scope Includes Plots With Registration Numbers: 127,149,154/4,154/3,131/9 And 131/17 Within Dąbrówka Nowa. There Is Medium Local Traffic On The Mentioned Road. The Section In Question Is Fully Accessible From The Adjacent Area Via Exits. Currently, The Section Of The Road That Is The Subject Of The Order Has A Dirt Surface And An Improved Unbound Aggregate Surface In Poor Technical Condition. The Geological And Geotechnical Conditions At The Site Of The Planned Investment Are Simple. The Building Was Identified As Belonging To Geotechnical Category I. The Construction Project Includes The Construction Of A Technical Class D Road With A Length Of 0.378 Km And A Road Width Of 5.00 And 4.00 M For Traffic Of The Kr-1 Category, Road Width Min. 0.75 M. The Road Surface Should Be Made Of Asphalt Concrete, And The Exit Surface Should Be Made Of Concrete Paving Stones.
