1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Development Of Design Documentation For The Adaptation Of The Building Of The Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship Office In Olsztyn, Located At Al. Marszałka J. Piłsudskiego 7/9 To Fire Protection Requirements.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Technical Documentation - Annexes No. 7.1 - 7.22 To The Specifications Of The Terms Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz. The Ordering Party Additionally Provided Documents Regarding The Building Inventory, Constituting Annexes No. 8.1 - 10.16 To The Swz. 3. By Providing The Ordering Party With The Completed Design Studies (Works), The Contractor Will Also Transfer To The Ordering Party, Without Additional Remuneration, The Copyrights To These Works Resulting From The Act Of February 4, 1994 On Copyright And Related Rights (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 24), And The Remuneration For The Transfer Of Copyrights Will Be Included In The Offer Price.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Order In Accordance With The Principles Of Modern Knowledge, Applicable Regulations, Standards And Norms, And With Respect For The Principles Of Occupational Health And Safety.
