1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Medical Equipment And Supplies.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Ensure Timely Execution Of Deliveries. B) Perform The Contract In Accordance With The Submitted Offer With Due Diligence, In Accordance With The Principles Of Modern Technical Knowledge And Applicable Regulations And Standards. C) Deliver Assortment Approved For Trading In The Republic Of Poland And Ensure That The Assortment Sold Is Free From Any Defects.3. Together With The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Provide Documents In Polish Containing All Information Necessary For The Direct User About The Assortment, Including The Method Of Its Storage. If The Subject Of The Contract Requires Attaching Technical Documentation, E.G. Device Proof, Technical Passport, Operating/Use Manual, Etc., The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide It Together With The Subject Of The Contract. Technical Documentation Must Be Prepared In Polish And Completed By The Manufacturer Or Contractor In An Appropriate Manner. If The Subject Of The Contract Requires Documentation In The Form Of A Warranty Card, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Warranty Cards In Polish, Completed And Stamped By The Manufacturer Or The Contractor In An Appropriate Manner.4. If The Manufacturer Places On The Packaging Of The Medicinal Products That Are The Subject Of The Order The Atd (Anti Tampering Device) Security Element And The Unique Identifier In The Form Of A 2D Data Matrix Code Referred To (Oj L.2016.32.1). The Contractor Is Obliged To Verify Security Features And Withdraw The Unique Identifier Of The Medicinal Product Before Delivery To The 24 Wog Warehouse.5.
