This Tender Guide Has Been Drawn Up For The Purpose Of Contracting A Contractor With Whom The Client Wishes To Enter Into A Contract For The Maintenance And Replacement Of Public Lighting. Public Lighting Is Abbreviated As Ovl In This Document. The Client Consists Of 8 Municipalities And They Tender This Jointly, But Each Enters Into An Individual Contract With The Winning Tenderer. The Client Wants A Contract For Four (4) Years With An Extension Option Of One (1) Time Two (2) Years. The Order Value Of The Framework Agreement Over The Entire Term, Including Extension Option(S), Is Estimated At €24,500,000 Excluding Vat. The Order Value Is Based On The Number Of Fixtures To Be Installed, The Number Of Lighting Columns To Be Replaced And The Historical Cost Data For Carrying Out These Actions And Supplying The Requested Materials.
