The Project Envisages A Major Repair And Reconstruction Of All Above-Ground Floors Of The Building. The Basement - Semi-Excavated Floor Of The Building Will Not Be Rebuilt, Preserving Its Function And Use As An Archive Of The Administration Of The Metropolitan Municipality. Access To The Basement Will Be From The North Entrance Of The Building On Oborishte Street. During The Reconstruction Of The Existing Building, The Light Walls Made Of Aluminum Profiles With Glazing, Stud Walls Made Of Plasterboard On A Metal Structure Or Aerated Concrete, Additionally Built In The Original Classrooms And Corridors, Will Be Removed. The Drilled Door Openings In The Longitudinal Walls Forming The Corridor Will Be Filled With Aerated Concrete Masonry. The New Interior Partition Walls Will Be Made Of Plasterboard On An Aluminum Structure. Construction Boards In Dry Rooms Are Intended To Be Filled With Standard Plasterboard, And In Wet Rooms With Hydrophobic Plasterboard. The Project Envisages Conservation-Restoration Repair Activities To Prevent Destructive Activities On The Facades Of The Building. It Is Planned To Restore The Damaged Facade Plasters, Decorative Plaster Elements And Stone Facings On The Facades Of The Building, On The Fence And On The One-Story Building At The Corner Of Oborishte Street And Prof. Giovanni Gorini Street. The Bricked Window Openings On The West Facade Of The Building Will Be Broken. The Facade Joinery Will Be Replaced With New Wooden Joinery With Glazing, With Division According To The Project Under Part Crr And In Accordance With Opinion No. 33-Nn-592/03.08.2016. Of The Ministry Of Culture. Due To The Status Of The Building Declared As A Single Architectural And Construction Immovable Cultural Value, In Order To Achieve The Requirements For Energy Efficiency, It Is Planned To Implement On The External Enclosing Walls A Pre-Wall Cladding Made Of Gypsum Board With Mineral Wool Filling, The Thickness Of Which Is Consistent With The Project Under The Energy Efficiency Part. The Roof Of The Building Will Be Revised For Compromised Areas, Some Of The Timber Rafters Will Be Replaced, The Waterproofing Membrane Will Be Completely Replaced And The Roof Tiles Rearranged. Vertical Communication In The Building Is Achieved By Means Of An Internal Centrally Located Two-Arm Ladder With Long Arms, A Platform And A Wide Clearance, In Which An Elevator Is Installed To Provide An Accessible Environment To All Floor Levels Of The Building. For The Evacuation Of The Students From The Classrooms On The Floors, The Construction Of A Second Evacuation Steel Four-Arm Staircase, Developed In Detail In The Project Under The Building Structures Part, Is Planned. The New Staircase Reaches The Basement Floor, Giving The Possibility, In Addition To Evacuation, To Access The School Yard With The Sports Fields. In The Building, It Is Planned To Allocate 20 Classrooms, Two Computer Rooms (Each For 14 Students), Premises For The Administrative Management And Teaching Staff, Premises For The Health Sector, A Center For Library And Information Services
