1. The Subject Of The Order Are Works Involving The Maintenance Of Water Reservoirs In The Włochy District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw In The Years 2027 – 2029.2. Reservoirs Covered By The Works: - Koziorożca Pond Between Obrońców Pokoju, Globusowa And Koziorożca Streets; - Dwa Stawy Cietrzewia And Glinianka Krańcowa Between Pana Tadeusza, Zbocze And Cietrzewia Streets; - Zbarski Pond At Ul. Wirażowa;- Glinianki Załuskie At Ul. Emaliowa;- Pond At Ul. Cegielniana.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: - Hacking Vegetation; - Manual Mowing Of Reed Vegetation; - Removing Scum; - Raking Vegetation From The Bottom Around The Reservoir; - Construction And Maintenance Of Ice Holes; - Cleaning The Water Table From Organic And Municipal Waste; - Cleaning And Maintenance Of Fishing Piers; - Maintenance Of The Cap Made Of Oak Boards; - Cleaning Grates At Outlets From Vegetation, Waste, Silt, Etc.;- Other Unforeseen Works Resulting From Devastation Or Atmospheric Activities.4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Correct The Quantity Of Works And Materials (Resulting From Current Needs Arising During The Execution Of The Contract And Not Known At The Time Of Its Conclusion) In Relation To The Quantities Given In The Offer Cost Estimates. Changes In The Number Of Measurement Units Will Not Result In An Increase In The Contractors Remuneration And Will Not Constitute Changes To The Terms Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Plans To Perform No Less Than 50% Of The Value Of The Works Specified In Items 1-12 Of Annexes 3A, 3B And 3C To The Ppu And Swz.5. A Detailed Description, Method Of Execution And Scope Of Services Were Specified In: A) Detailed Specification Of The Works Covered By The Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz; B) Characteristics Of The Water Reservoirs Covered By The Works, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz; C) Templates Of Offer Cost Estimates, Constituting Annexes No. 3A, 3B And 3C To The Swz; D) Draft Contractual Provisions (Hereinafter Also Ppu) Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.6. When Organizing And Performing The Services, The Contractor Will Take Into Account The Requirements Of The Ordering Party In The Scope Of: Number Of Executions, Period During Which The Works Can Be Performed, Impact Of The Equipment On The Environment, Environmental Protection, Work Safety Conditions, Securing Means Of Transport, Quality Control Of The Works And Other Requirements Indicated In The Specification Of Works And In The Ppu.7. The Ordering Party Informs That If A Trademark Is Used In The Annexes To The Swz, Equivalent Solutions Are Allowed In Each Case, And The Trademark Was Used For Informational Purposes.8. Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Order Regarding The Employment Of Persons By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship.
