The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction And Installation Works Consisting In The Renovation And Modernization Of A Freezing And Refrigeration Chamber Together With The Accompanying Infrastructure, Ensuring The Achievement Of The Required Operational And Technical Parameters. The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop And Deliver (Before The Commencement Of Renovation Works) Design Documentation Necessary To Implement The Subject Of The Order; The Design Documentation Must Be Agreed With The Ordering Party - Design And Build Mode. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts. Therefore, The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers Referred To In Art. 7 Point 15 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In: 1) Functional And Utility Program, Which Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Swz; 2) Bill Of Quantities (Annex No. 3 To The Swz); 3) Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Annex No. 4 To The Swz). The Ordering Party Requires That The Warranty For The Completed Subject Of The Contract, I.E. Construction Works, Equipment And Materials, Including Devices And Installations, Used To Perform All The Works Was At Least 24 Months, Counting From The Completion Of The Subject Of The Contract - Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol. The Warranty Period Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers. Points Will Be Awarded For Granting A Warranty Period Longer Than The Minimum In Accordance With Chapter Xviii Of The Swz. The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of An Offer After The Contractor Has Visited The Site Or After The Contractor Has Checked The Documents Necessary To Complete The Order, Available On-Site At The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Requires Employment On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, In The Circumstances Referred To In Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law.
