1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Called Construction Of The Center For Culture And Musical Education In Wadąg As A Counteract To The Negative Social Effects After The Covid-19 Pandemic - Stage I, Submitted To The Government Fund Polish Order: Strategic Investment Program Entitled Construction Of The District And Municipal Center For Culture And Musical Education In Wadąg As A Counteract To The Negative Social Effects After The Covid-19 Pandemic - Stage I.2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Implementation Of: 1) Task 1 Consisting In The Development Of Multi-Discipline Design Documentation For The Construction Of The Center For Culture And Music Education In Wadąg, Together With The Construction And/Or Reconstruction Of The Existing Technical Infrastructure With Adaptation To The Existing Road System, Connections, Obtaining A Set Of Arrangements, Opinions, Derogations Within The Meaning Of The Construction Law And Legally Required Decisions Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment, Executive Design Documentation For All Industries, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bills Of Quantities Of Works And Investor Cost Estimates, Carrying Out Surveying Works And Obtaining Two Final Decisions On Building Permits Separately For: A) The Local Government Music School And The Hall Of Warmian Cultural Initiatives, B) The Cultural Center; 2) Task 2 Consisting In: A) Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of Two Buildings, I.E. The Local Government Music School And The Cultural Center B) Delivery And Installation Of: - Two Permanent Temporary Fences Protecting Against Access By People Third Party Investment Area - Cameras Monitoring The Fenced Investment Area, C) Exercising Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Works, I.E. In The Period From The Date Of Handing Over The Construction Site To The Contractor By The Ordering Party Until The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol By The Investors Supervision And The Ordering Party. 3. Construction Works Under Task 2:1) Within The Local Government Music School Include: A) Earthworks Including Leveling The Investment Area And Structures Protecting The Area Against Subsidence, B) Foundations With The Necessary Insulation, C) Ground Floor Layers (Substructure, Concrete Base) Without Insulation, D) Structural Walls, E) Ceilings And Flat Roofs, F) Brick Partition Walls, G) Communications Vertical - Elevator Shafts, Stairs, H) Internal Installations Under The Ground Floor, I) Internal Storm Sewage System (From The Roof To The External Sewage System), J) External Storm Sewage System Discharging Rainwater To The Designed Underground Retention Tank, K) External Sanitary Sewage System (From The Building To The Last Well Before The Connection), L) Underground Retention Tank With An Emergency Drain To A Natural Water Reservoir Located On Plot No. 97/52 Myki Distri
