The Subject Of The Investment Is The Renovation Of A Section Of The Internal Road Surface Along With Exits And Drainage Elements Within The Boundaries Of Plots No. 765, 735, 732, 876/1, Precinct 0008 Pławna, Lubomierz. The Section Of The Road Scheduled For Renovation Runs In A Built-Up Area And Among Fields Belonging To The Town Of Pławna Górna In The Lubomierz Commune, In The Lwówek District, As An Access Road To Farms And Agriculturally Active Land. The Road Serves Traffic Related To Access To Buildings And Field Work. The Currently Existing Ground Surface Of The Road, With A Variable Width Of 2.8 To 3.5 Meters, Is In Poor And Insufficient Condition Due To The Damage Caused By The Free Flow Of Heavy Rain Water During The Flood In September 2024. The Terrain Elevations Run From The Level Of 305.95 M Above Sea Level. At The Connection With The District Road Up To 423.5 M Above Sea Level At The End Of The Designed Section. The Road Does Not Have Sidewalks Or Hardened Shoulders. The Drainage Of The Road Is Carried Out On The Surface Through Transverse And Longitudinal Slopes Of The Road, Roadside Ditches And Rainwater Drainage Elements. The Existing Culverts Made Of Concrete Pipes Are Muddy And Do Not Fulfill Their Purpose. The Surface Should Be Made Of Asphalt Concrete. The Road Width Is 3.00 Meters With Local Widening On The Curve To 3.5 Meters. The Exit Surfaces Should Also Be Made Of Asphalt Concrete. All Road Surfaces Will Have Transverse Slopes On One Side With A Minimum Slope Of 2%. The Road Will Have Hardened Shoulders Approximately 30 Cm Wide With Slopes Of Up To 5%. In Two Sections, A Sewage System Is Planned, Made Of 8/10 Stone Cubes, 40 Cm Wide, On A Concrete Footing, From Which Water Will Be Collected Through Existing Roadside Ditches. Due To The Reconstruction Of The Road Surface And Exits, The Existing Culverts Along With The Inlets And Outlets Are Also Subject To Reconstruction. Additionally, It Is Planned To Renovate The Manhole With A Rainwater Inlet And Install An Additional Rainwater Inlet On The Existing Culvert, Which Also Needs To Be Renovated.
