Detailed Description, Scope And Method Of Execution As Well As Technical Features And Quality Of The Subject Of The Order Related To The Renovation Of The Air Conditioning Installation In Building No. 1, Located At Ul. Zalesskiego 2 In Szczecin, Is Included In Annex No. 7 To This Swz, Which Contains The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works In The General Construction And Electrical Industries, And The Bill Of Quantities. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed Based On The Above Documents And The Contract Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz. To The Extent That The Annexes To The Swz Include Proper Names Or Other Markings Directly Or Indirectly Pointing To A Specific Manufacturer, The Ordering Party Informs That The Names Are Provided Only As Examples And The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Equivalent Solutions In Terms Of Technical, Utility And Operational Parameters, Provided That They Guarantee The Implementation Of The Works In Accordance With The Technical Documentation. The Ordering Party Does Not Require Cost Estimates To Be Submitted With The Offer. If The Contractor Submits Cost Estimates Together With The Offer, They Will Not Be Assessed At The Stage Of Examination And Evaluation Of Offers.
