1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Canteen And Catering Facilities At The Primary School In The Design And Build System. Stanisław Kostka At Ul. Wyzwolenia 13 In Strzegow. The Ordering Party Is In Possession Of The Construction Design For The Renovation Of The Canteen Along With The Reconstruction Of The Roof At The Primary School In Strzegów And Has Obtained A Valid Building Permit For A Given Scope Of Works (The Construction Design Is An Annex To This Fup), And Has Also Performed Some Of The Works: 1/ Demolition Works (Approximately 75%), 2/ Ceiling Construction, 3/ Roof Skylights, 4/ Green Roof. As Part Of The Order In Question, The Contractor Will Develop A Replacement Design For The Scope Works Covered By The Functional-Utility Program And Will Obtain A Replacement Building Permit And An Occupancy Permit For The Entire Scope Of Works Covered By The Already Obtained Building Permit And Covered By The Replacement Building Permit, And Will Also Perform Works Covered By The Functional-Utility Program. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes, In Particular, The Development Of Design Documentation Along With Arrangements (Hygienic And Sanitary Appraiser, Fire Protection Appraiser), Construction And Installation Demolition Works, Construction And Installation Works In The Sanitary And Electrical Industries, Finishing, Painting And Tiling Works, Tidying Up The Construction Site After The Completion Of The Works, Preparing As-Built And Acceptance Documentation, Obtaining Approvals And Obtaining Occupancy Permits For The Entire Scope Of Works. The Scope Of The Contract For The Above-Mentioned Task Includes In Particular: • Development Of A Replacement Construction Design (Pzt+Pab+Pt), Renovation Of The Canteen, Catering Facilities And Catering Rooms (Construction Industry, Sanitary Industry, Electrical Industry), Stwiorb In A Manner Enabling Obtaining A Replacement Construction Permit From The District Office. The Technical And Technological Documentation Should Include In Particular: - Technical Description Of The Adopted Construction Solutions - Technical Description Of The Adopted Sanitary Installation Solutions - Technical Description Of The Adopted Electrical Installation Solutions - Graphic Part - Assembly And Executive Drawings Of The Construction, Sanitary And Electrical Industries. Design Documentation Should Be Prepared In 4 Copies In A Printed Version And In 2 Copies In An Electronic Version (Editable Version + Scan Of The Documentation With Stamps Of The Aab Faculty). The Electronic Version Of The Design Documentation Should Be Identical To The Version Submitted To The District Office; A Scan Of The Submitted Documents With The Stamps Of The Architectural And Construction Administration Authority Is Required.
