1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Construction Of Traffic Lights At The Intersection Of National Road No. 94 With Municipal Roads: Ul. Wrocławska (Former District Road No. 2058D - Currently A Public Municipal Road) And Ul. Innowowa (Municipal Road No. 104898D) In Krępice. The Investment Task Includes The Development Of Complete Design Documentation And The Execution Of Construction Works On Its Basis And Acceptance Procedures In Order To Obtain An Occupancy Permit Or An Equivalent Document.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Design And Construction Of Traffic Lights At The Intersection Of National Road No. 94 With Municipal Roads: Ul. Wrocławska (Former District Road No. 2058D) And Ul. Innovative (Municipal Road No. 104898D) In The Town Of Krępice;2) Necessary Adjustments To The Road System Resulting From The Construction Of The Above-Mentioned Traffic Lights (In Particular, The Elimination Of The Island At The Pedestrian Crossing, Along With The Necessary Reconstruction Of The Surface, Construction Of New Pedestrian Crossings Along With The Necessary Construction Of Sidewalk Surfaces, Including The Fon System And Widening Of Sidewalks In The Area Of Pedestrian Crossings In Order To Adapt Them To Compliance With Applicable Regulations);3) Construction Of Crosswalk Lighting For Pedestrians, Including Power Supply; 4) Reconstruction Or Protection Of Conflicting Utility Networks - If Necessary; 5) Reconstruction Of The Drainage System - If Necessary; 6) Protection Of Trees For The Duration Of The Works; 7) Development Of A Permanent Traffic Organization Project And Launch Of Traffic Light Work Programs; 8) Development Of Necessary Designs For The Above-Mentioned Works, Including Obtaining Output Data And Performing Measurements And Analyses; 9) Obtaining Administrative Consents Enabling The Execution Of Construction Works, In Particular: A) Submitting A Notification Of Construction Works Or Obtaining A Building Permit, B) Approval Of The Permanent Traffic Organization Design Along With Traffic Lights Work Programs, C) Approval Of The Temporary Traffic Organization Design Enabling The Performance Of All Construction Works Covered By The Order, D) Obtaining An Occupancy Permit Or An Equivalent Document.3. The Detailed Scope Of Works To Be Performed As Part Of The Contractors Obligations Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program, Hereinafter Referred To As Ffu. Pfu Is A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With Art. 103 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law.
